Ali and Logan are thriving in Middle School and it's so fun to watch. They have loved learning new instruments: clarinet for Ali and Saxophone for Logan. We went to their first band concert about a month ago and the teacher took the opportunity to walk us through their progress, from the first note each instrument group could play, to two or three-note songs, to one full and amazing song, It was a fun night.

That first picture makes them look so grown up...how did that happen? It was such a good idea to take it in front of the school like that. What a brilliant mom.
