Being involved with both the cub scouts and the young women for my callings, I've been able to do some cool things that I've been able to include my family in.
I organized a trip for our pack to go to a fire station. Minutes after we got there, they had to leave on a call, so we got to see them in action! We waited until they came back and then got our tour.
We went to Feed My Starving Children and the kids always enjoy that. It's good to be reminded that things we take for granted-food!- are things others in the world don't have!
I love the good our church does and I love being a part of it with my family!

Most people know that giving service makes us happy, but they seldom expect youth to be involved. it really is one of the best activities to involve all youth and gets past the walls they often put up. I remember being the one with the walls!
