Ali got to go to a dance with her Daddy a couple of weeks ago. She had a friend over before and so we got to do nails and hair while listening to music with her!

Writer
Logan is a truly fabulous writer. His stories always have tons of detail, similes and metaphors and other descriptive language. The only downside to that is sometimes he can't finish a story in the amount of time they are given to do it in school. One night lately he had to finish his rough draft at home because he ran out of time...and after working on it for about 2.5 hours at home that night (happily and patiently), he ran out of paper and so it still wasn't done! I love this kid's mind!

Reading
Many times a day you can find this girl reading. Over Christmas Break she spent hours a day reading, and I think she probably read at least 15 books (and we're talking 400 page, not-little-kid-books here).

Stir Crazy
He certainly doesn't get it from me, but this little guy can't stand to be inside all day even when it's cold out. Sometimes being a good mom means bundling up yourself and your baby and then letting him run around outside in the cold. And seeing how happy it makes him makes it worth it (mostly!)
