We have had a very cold winter so far, including a few days of historic lows (-15 with wind chills of -40), but the kids just really don't seem to care. If there is snow on the ground they want to be out playing in it.
Actually, Eli wants to not care about the cold, but he does. He always insists he wants to go out, and then is knocking on the door about two minutes later. Not that I blame him!
On the coldest days I enjoyed the crystals that were growing on our windows. They were much prettier than the layers of ice that coated the inside edges of all our windows!
Is winter over yet?

Such cute kids! When my kids were still real little, I use to judge our neighbor...how could she let her kids out in such snowy, cold weather...what kind of mother was she? Boy did I change my tune in later years.
So much for global warming. Your kids sure make snow look like fun.
