Before we headed home from the mountains, we stopped a pretty river. We wadded in up to our knees at some points, eventually getting over the shock of how cold it felt at first (maybe our feet got numb). Logan was actually a little more fearless about it than I would have liked, considering how fast the water was flowing. He sure is growing up (much to his delight--it's a fact he reminds me of almost daily).
Not surprisingly Ali was a bit more timid, and mostly enjoyed dipping her feet in from the safety of the shore.
And Eli didn't like the water at all. But that didn't mean he wanted to be left out. Good thing Aunt Emily was there!

Looks like such fun! I can just feel that cold water tickling my toes. :)
