The evening we went camping we went to this area that had fun rocks to climb on. It actually started raining right when we got there, so we had our picnic dinner under some cover and were pleased when the rain stopped just as we finished eating. It was a little chilly and a little wet, but when did that ever stop a kid from having fun?

You forgot to mention that this was a place you used to climb on when you were a bit older that Ali and Logan. It was fun to see "my kids" there again, 15 years later.

I just took Jae camping for the first time last weekend. I was expecting terrible things, but it was actually pretty fun! I'm proud of you for doing it with three kids. I find the idea terrifying.
