The thing the kids were most looking forward to about our trip was going camping and fishing with Grandma and Grandpa. They have a pop-up trailer that the kids remember fondly from other trips that they took to camp at a nearby reservoir. Jake and I sat this one out and I enjoyed my almost 24 hours of being a mom to just one almost as much as the kids enjoyed their overnight with Grandma and fishing with Grandpa.
