Mind Sets

I don't know if it is because he's a boy, an artist, or a five-year-old, but Logan's mind sure works in different ways than mine. Look at these cool elevated tracks! In all my hours of building train tracks, the concept of making them elevated has never occurred to me. I am learning to ask lots of "why" questions in my communications with my wonderful boy to try and avoid the hurt feelings and frustrations for both of us when I assume that he sees the world they way I do...and thank goodness he doesn't! It is much more fun this way!
