Junior High Graduates

Junior High Graduation was a casual affair, It was open-house style, they picked up their diplomas, and then we could visit and take pictures with friends.

Grandma Eldredge was in town: a special treat!
Logan and Ali did amazingly well through a tough few years. They both had straight As through all three years, ending up with 4.154 GPAs. Even more importantly, they are kind, thoughtful, hardworking, and faithful kids. Lucky us!

Last Days of Junior High

Ali and Logan really enjoyed their Junior High years, despite about half of it being remote/hybrid.

Ali went to the 8th grade dance with some friends.
We also went to one final Junior High concert for these two (next year, it will be for Eli!). It's fun to hear how much they have progressed!

End of year Fun

The end of this school year was especially busy with two kids finishing Junior High and one finishing Elementary School. We enjoyed all the celebrations. I got to volunteer at both the Elementary School field day and Junior High Bulldog Bash.

And I soaked up the final days (for a few months anyway) of quiet time home alone!

Dentist PTSD

I think I have a bit of dental PTSD when it comes to Jake. A couple of years ago he had several cavities that were a nightmare to get filled, and now I get very anxious every time he has an appointment. But he was cavity-free again this time, so maybe someday I'll get over it.

Teenagers

Logan and Ali had a day recently where they left our house for school at 7:20am and did not come home until 11:10pm. That, to me, speaks to them becoming teenagers more than just about anything else! Here come some busy years!

Aunt Amy's House

Due to sicknesses and life it had been far too long since we'd gotten together with Amy's family, and we were glad to catch up. Can't believe Paige and Emily are graduating and heading to college!!

Pokemon

Eli has been wishing one of his siblings enjoyed playing Pokémon with him, so I suggested he try teaching Jake. It was a successful first attempt!
