Last Day of School

Logan and Ali had their last day of second grade on May 20 and Eli had his last day of preschool on May 25, so we're full into summer already! But here are the pictures.

Eli with his great teachers. On one of this report cards these teachers of 20+ years wrote, "Eli is the most well-mannered kid I've eve met. He is the nicest and sweetest child ever." How can you not love someone who thinks those kinds of things about you kid? Ali's Mrs. Maddox and Logan's Mrs. King were great too, and we appreciate all they learned this year! Happy Summer!

Pillow

Jake found a comfy pillow on which to take a break from playing, and the pillow didn't mind one bit!

Art Fair

Eli's preschool put on an art fair showcasing the work they've done this year and a TON of space stuff they made especially for the fair. I was amazed at the amount of stuff that literally covered the walls and ceiling of a very long hallway; their teacher said it took about 200 man hours to get it all up! It was fun looking through the hall with Eli and finding all his works of art lost in space!

iPod

Ali discovered the iPod and now I may never get to use it again!

Books vs Baby

It's a good thing I love my baby more than my books...which I true love if you ask me!

Comic Books

Logan spent every bit of free time this week working on making Star Wars comic books. He wanted to have a comic book stand, to sell them, to make money so he could buy things at his school's book fair. I was so worried that if he didn't sell any it would make his awesome accomplishment and hard work feel small, but thankfully he was happy with the three customers he had! I love his ability to work hard for the things that are important to him.
